Long time since I have posted here.
Over all, Mom and Dad are doing well.
There have been a couple of glitches here and there, but for the most part they are still living independently and doing well. They are still sharp and pithy. Dad spends his time reading and calling people who don't expect a call from him, nevertheless they are blessed when they get the call.
Mom still goes shopping and cooks their meals and keeps Dad on track.
They remind each other about who called when and what they said about this that and the other.
Their wisdom, love and grace still amaze.
They continue to worry over family issues, large and small, not about themselves.
God's grace is always the solution and prayer is the injection to heal each situation.
They are Great Great Grands again as my niece gave birth to Elise Anne Perez last week.
Grief is always tugging at their sleeve in one way or another...while they are praying for others, they need your prayer as they pray for those who they ache for.
